Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Caspro app and its backend service (“Caspro”), run by an individual developer (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Caspro, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Caspro. Contact: yasindp2024@gmail.com.
1. Closed beta
Caspro is a pre-release product offered by invitation, free of charge. Features may change, break or be removed, and data may be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important. We may end the beta, or your access to it, at any time.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-up details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.
3. Your own API keys and costs
Caspro uses AI services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic and ElevenLabs) through API keys that you provide. Those providers charge your account with them, and you are responsible for those charges and for following their terms. Cost figures in Caspro are estimates and may differ from your provider's bill. Set spending limits with your providers.
4. Your content
You own the scripts, media and videos you create with Caspro, as far as the law and the AI providers' terms allow. You give us only the limited permission needed to run Caspro for you, such as sending your prompts to the provider you chose and posting your approved videos to the accounts you connected.
You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to everything you upload or publish. AI output can be inaccurate or resemble existing work; review it before posting.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Caspro to:
- create or publish content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, harasses or deceives people, or impersonates someone;
- create sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or terrorism;
- break the rules of the AI providers or of the social platforms you post to, including spam or fake engagement;
- attack, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of Caspro or its backend.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Connected social accounts
When you connect YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or Threads, you authorise Caspro to post the videos you approve, at the times you choose. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect an account in Caspro or revoke access in the platform's settings at any time.
7. No warranty
Caspro is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will go out on time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, provider charges, or account actions taken by social platforms. Because the beta is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to INR 1,000.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Caspro and delete your account at any time in Settings. Sections 4 (your responsibilities), 7, 8 and 10 continue after your account ends.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell beta testers in the app or by email. Continuing to use Caspro after a change means you accept it.
